Meet Nick Arend – Certified Goofball & Cyclist

September 19, 2021

We have been following Nick’s instagram page for a while. Once he started doing the Nick and Rick reels, we knew we had to have him on the show. You can follow him on instagram @nickarend. Nick has a very strong passion for cycling, but he has combined that with his love for photography. Our conversation ranges from his struggle with vanity vs comfort on the bike to building his dream bike, and taking time to stare at it everyday, to how he found his way to train indoors. We hope you enjoy listening to the conversation.
